Update: even though it might not really be an update, since I answered my own question before I had made this post live - I don't think I like the term 'live' being used as it commonly is in computing when something becomes operational, usually a website or in this case a blog post. Though I understand how it came to be, it gives me a god complex, and conjures images of Frankenstein. Usually those images are from Young Frankenstein by Mel Brooks. That movie is funny. I seem to use the term 'up' more than any other.
